Delivery Policy

We deliver within 10 km of Kothrud, Pune. Delivery time is 30-45 minutes for fresh orders. ₹30 delivery charge waived on orders above ₹300.

Refund Policy

If you're unsatisfied with the food quality, let us know within 1 hour of delivery. Full refund or free replacement.

Hygiene

Our kitchen is FSSAI registered (License No: XXXXX). We maintain strict hygiene protocols including regular sanitization and temperature-controlled storage.

Allergens

Please inform us about any food allergies when ordering. We handle nuts, dairy, and gluten in our kitchen.
