Challenges

Conducting sensitive primary research with a specific demographic required careful planning, ethical considerations, and culturally appropriate survey methods. Translating qualitative feedback into actionable design insights was a core challenge.

Final thoughts

This work has deepened my understanding of user-centered design principles and the critical role of inclusive design in technology adoption, particularly for vulnerable populations. It highlights the intersection of business, technology, and social impact.
