Conducted primary research with 80 women in rural Delhi to evaluate comprehension and usability of fintech applications.

Under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Ms. Iti Verma, I undertook primary research to understand how interface design contributes to fatigue among marginalized women. This involved directly engaging with users to assess their interaction with fintech applications.

A significant challenge was designing and conducting research with a specific demographic in rural Delhi, ensuring cultural sensitivity and effective communication to accurately gauge their comprehension and usability experiences with fintech tools.

This research project provided invaluable experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection, user empathy, and understanding the real-world impact of interface design. It highlighted the critical need for inclusive design in financial technology.
