Executed primary research with 80 marginalized women in rural Delhi to assess their comprehension of fintech applications and understand decision fatigue.

Under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Ms. Iti Verma, I led a significant primary research project titled 'Digital Finance for All'. The goal was to investigate how interface design contributes to decision fatigue among marginalized women interacting with fintech applications.

A key challenge involved designing and executing research with a sensitive demographic in rural Delhi, ensuring ethical data collection and accurate assessment of comprehension levels for complex financial interfaces. Overcoming language barriers and building trust were crucial.

This research provided valuable insights into the usability challenges faced by underserved communities in the digital finance landscape, highlighting the critical role of inclusive interface design in promoting financial literacy and accessibility.
