Do I need a laptop, or can I run my store from my phone?

From your phone. The dashboard, order management, inventory and shipping labels all work on a regular Android or iPhone browser. Most of our sellers never open a laptop.

Razorpay is built in. Customers can pay using UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, and most wallets. Money lands in your bank account on the same payout cycle Razorpay uses.

How does WhatsApp checkout work?

When a customer taps "Buy on WhatsApp", their WhatsApp opens with a structured order message ready to send to your number. You see the order, confirm it, and process payment over WhatsApp or send them back to the Razorpay link.

Do you handle shipping and tracking?

Yes. Shiprocket is integrated. You can create a shipment, print the label from your phone, and your customer gets automatic tracking updates. You can also use any local courier and enter the tracking link manually.

What if I'm just starting out and don't have many products yet?

Start on the free plan, add as few as one product, and upgrade only when you're ready to publish on your own domain. There's no rush.
